too flat

Some gentle rain will make it green, you will appreciate the flatness then. I'm pretty sure anybody who has driven across Sask. has yawned a time or two, till the last grain truck crosses the scale then it's yippee time.

You guys got a plan in place to end all the little flash floods that might be increasing before the first combine turns a tire? Permaculture methods would promote a series of dams that are no more than a yard height. Old tires and steel cable would seem to the ideal for that and it is killing two birds with one stone.

Trees along the banks for shade and the flat parts have the water soak in instead of running off.
