What about that: Whenever your mom, daughter, sister or wife is pregnant, we go there and give her abortive pills mixed on her food and she aborts. Nothing happens to her, she is perfectly fine, but the child in her womb is not there anymore. Isn't it fine? I mean, its just an embryo, right?
We can go further: Abortion is now ok, embryos are nothing and they can be discarded at any time. This is enough to start campaigns for genetic selection. The state can determine whom is or not able to generate a more healthy human being. So the state creates laws to force harmless abortion on women that will most likely breed children with any kind of health issue.

People have to understand one very basic principle on people: Given a precedent, we extend it. Always.

once removed from the controlled environment, they have a limited life time where they must be implanted or they die anyway

the 1000 embryos are only viable in 2 places
in the controlled environment or implanted

you can't pull them out and then stick them back into another controlled environment later
without the proper procedure for transfer
which ain't happening in the case provided

If a doctor INTENTIONALLY does a procedure INCORRECTLY which causes an unborn child to die, should the doctor be held liable for only a financial loss, or should there be charges related to some type of punishment that would stop doctors for doing this.

If not, then you believe that doctors should have the right to contract kill an unborn child because hypothetically, a man could pay a doctor to do such a thing....

If you believe there should be charges levied against the doctor, what for? Killing something that technically under roe vs wade, does not have rights under the constitution, so it would be like killing an animal, so couple years max, and probably a loss of a medical license.

Would you feel as if murder should be applied to the doctor, and possibly accessory to murder to the man that paid the doctor to do so?

That is where we are today. In some states, someone can go to prison for murder of an unborn child under certain circumstances, but in that same state, a woman can intentionally do the same thing, which violates equal protection under the constitution.

This is the argument that Ron Paul made against Roe vs Wade, and since then, I have been against abortion. It's not question of when life starts, its a question of equal protection under the law.

The OP's assertion is really meaningless to the abortion debate. The entire crux of abortion is whether one person has the legal right to hold dominion over the life of another and terminate that life without consent. Someone running out of a burning building with either a baby or a box of embryos is not terminating either's life.
