In Romania there is a special fund which guarantees that the government shall pay the salaries:)))

a special law was given
every employee in Romania must pay money to this special fund
this is not an April Fools day joke:)))

this is the very definition of bankrupcy
it happened in the past in Moldova and Romania
that the gov was unable to pay the salaries and pensions of itw own employees:)))
thus every one must contribute
