I just find it fascinating that suddenly POS drug addicts are now causing everyone to freak out in this country. Are any of you old enough to remember when crack first hit the market? What about the heroin epidemic in the late 70's and early 80's? What is happening now that is so different?
What does declaring a public health emergency do? Does it open up the checkbook of the government?
Quoting: Tarnished Halo maybe because it's costing taxpayers millions? I know there are programs out there and charities wanting our $$$$$$.
