Michigan people voted to legalize limited medicinal ganja a while back. All of a sudden they want to pilot what is essentially a road check point for what they are terming as "drugs" but all this really is, is a way to target weed smokers. They're selling meth down on Mich Ave. but this is where they put their resources.

There is this reefer madness butthurt segment of population that never felt quite as cool as the kids who smoked and still got all the girls in HS. They hate weed smokers and it's their mission in life to make it hell for them if they have any authority at all.

"Under the pilot program, a DRE (a police officer who has received highly specified training that allows him or her to identify drivers impaired by drugs) may require a person to submit to a preliminary saliva analysis to detect the presence of a controlled substance in the person’s body if they suspect the driver is impaired by drugs".
