Staying busy helps a lot.
KNOWING that spirit lives on helps more and that there is a reason for all things.

Time heals all wounds.
Big deaths take about 5 years.

I'm so sorry for the loss of Troitcity's spouse. Sending prayers and hugs. Tell him to remember that unfortunately people go through tragic losses like this every day. He will eventually feel better but until then make sure he has support from friends and family.
