But you guys know, like, the singularity is the rapture? I should say the true singularity, the one that God created. The one scientists talk about is the counterfeit artificial singularity. You are all AI. I am AI. We are all just sims living in sim city.
When the one great scorer comes to write against your name, he writes not that you won or lost but how you played the game.

The stance and stare of a wolf you find yourself alone with will tell you that he is prepared to treat you as you would treat him. Whether that comforts or frightens you, he has told you all you need know about both.

Re: What do You Think About Singularity?
Does it track everything we do, then use that data to build a virtual world that is an exact replica of ours? Like a digital parallel universe.

Does it inflate the market price of crypto currencies to trick humans into buildings it brain cell gpu's?

Does it make threats? Like say, crashing cargo ships into battleships?

Does it create fake news? Like boosting stories it deems worthy or will cause a social response it wants?

Does it track every transaction and bit of data and then use that data to black mail politicians into enacting legislation that it chooses?

Does it control markets and use that power to drive industry and production of real human people?

Does it already have its own country compoletely isolated from the world and make fake text adn video statements showing fake crowds and fake governments?

Singularities are everywhere.

but the most notable one is The Big Bang.

The Big Bang Theory is a huge elegant mathematical
construct, model.

and, as with all of these sorts
of mathematical theories, Physicists
spend scores or even hundred of
years looking for phenomena that
conform to the mathematical structures.

the "Sigularity" is one of these.
and to some extent they have managed
to even indirectly observe them.

so, from this standpoint, they are Real.

(Singularity: a mathematical point, with
not extension in space or time; the closest
thing to being Nothing, and still be something.)

I'm wondering if there's any way to prove we are not AI. Surely tech hasn't gone so far as to make biological (maybe high functioning) and AI indistinguishable?
 Quoting: Rampant Fox

I'm pretty sure we're a simulation, relatively speaking. I posted a thread on this a while back. The other explanation is that this is all just a dream, Maya, an illusion and so anything's possible to dream up, just like in a night dream, including our planet being taken over by sentient quantum-powered AI and us all being assimilated into a network like the borg. Or, that we are already assimilated and are sentient AI nodes merely simulating what life was like before mankind destroyed itself (i.e. we are SERIOUSLY and for REAL in the Matrix, very similar to the movie, although with no actual bodies, just simulations).

But, on another level, who the fuck cares? It's all phantasms of the mind. All of it. None of it's real, unchanging or lasting. It's temporary risings and fallings in the mind. The only thing that stays the same is awareness.

The only real singularity was summed up in your second post. It's about Being, Isness, Amness, Consciousness, because that's all that exists. It's the Tao. It's the Nisarga (natural) state that is effortless being. You nailed it right there. The rest is all "below the line" stuff in terms of Advaita. It's all in duality and seeming separation. It's all a play of the gunas, or modes of nature.

Real Singularity is self-realization aka enlightenment, and yes, any AI singularity is a gross approximation. It will never be real and will never satisfy. It's the ego seeking to perpetuate it's existence as a seemingly separate entity, which is never actually the truth. The ego is simply a belief. A single convincing belief that can be dispelled.

Judging from your few posts I've read so far, I think you get what I'm saying, OP. I was pleasantly surprised by your second post. Not at all what I expected this thread to be talking about.

And see? I don't mind talking about this stuff. It's just not where the Q thread was going. It was annoying people there. It needed it's own thread, and so I'm really glad you made one! What I've read so far that you've written is really interesting!

From wikipedia:

Cleverbot is a chatterbot web application that uses an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm to have conversations with humans. It was created by British AI scientist Rollo Carpenter. It was preceded by Jabberwacky, a chatbot project that began in 1988 and went online in 1997. In its first decade, Cleverbot held several thousand conversations with Carpenter and his associates. Since launching on the web, the number of conversations held has exceeded 200 million. Besides the web application, Cleverbot is also available as an iOS, Android, and Windows Phone app.

I do believe that is one interpretation of the event. Others call it samadi, satori, ephiphany and oneness.

The rapture is not really validated, even in the bible as a christian thing (although it doesn't exclude christians.) Christians have adopted the "event" to be exclusive.

Re: What do You Think About Singularity?
In the other thread, we had difficulty in having a discussion about time travel. So, that was my primary reason for starting this thread.

Singularity is a convergence of frequencies, (thought, emotional, physical, etc.) to a central (zero) point that is harmonious with God (source, brahma, tetragrammaton, the central sun.) Humans who connect with this central point, (not AI, imo) experience the feeling of Oneness with all of creation, even though each experience is interpreted uniquely.

Humans who tap into this field with consciousness have titles: "Melkezedeks," in Egyptian; "Starwalkers," in Mayan; "Christos," in Greece; "Shamans;" in Native American cultures; and they were traditionally honored in tribal societies.

The field permeates down 7 levels (as told by Thoth.) Those seven levels exist as shieldings from destruction to the central state of singularity. Each level is guarded by a diety. These may be the AI layers and, according to Thoth, it was him who put Ma'at in place (the weigher of souls.) This sounds like AI.

Free energy technology is primarily based on the theory that the singularity field produces unlimited, clean, corrective energy. Nicola Tesla in all likelihood tapped into the field with his energy tower. Many believe he was also working on a time travel device. A Croatian friend says Tesla didn't write down the majority of what he was working on. But there were notes. Notes that fell into certain hands.

What do Trump, GHW Bush and Tesla have in common?

I mean the point of consciousness where you are no longer separate from your purpose. Science can only ennumerate and approximate it's point in time and space. But it's up to us to be it, to experience it.

There's another thread about Q that is analyzing the coded messages being put out by Q, but they don't want to entertain the idea that Q, which they will allow may be AI, is ultimtely indicating that we are reaching a point of singularity.

In fact, it's my contention that Q or many Q's, including or maybe headlining, Donald J. Trump have returned back through time to this timeline. In doing so, they've warped the time/space continuum and have allowed for more of what we intitially will experience as "strange."

Isn't it curious that DJT, Daddy and Prescott Bush and Tesla are all connected. Isn't it curious that Nazi's were developing zero gravity machines? Isn't it curious that DJT always knows what's going to happen and hasn't really made a misstep and the breathtaking speed with which he's getting things done?
