Mung beans are cheap and you can sprout them. Soda is really bad. If he can't just quit he can switch to Perrier. He can also learn to make fermented ginger ale. It's not difficult, it satisfies the cravings for sweet tangy bubbly things, and won't kill him. |

Excess folic acid does all kinds of bad things. It can prevent detoxification in the liver and make you liverish, tense, angry, itchy and toxic. It can make you angry or fearful. It can drive up estrogen feminising and fattening, stupefying and generally fucking you up. It can elevate homocysteine and give you a heart attack or stroke. The government dopes us with folic acid so pregnant women who refuse to eat vegetables do not have miscarriages or retarded babies. Since this wonderful plan was instituted the American population does have higher serum folate. Do we look healthier than we did? |

Some people do it wrong and load up on omega 6/9 fats. Need to get saturated and 3's for it to work long term. |

I am eating this shit as we speak because i don't have a whole lot of options. plus obviously this is why these fats are so hard to burn in the body. no amount of exercise or diet is going to make them burn if they are chemically refined not to burn. they say 'oh well you don't want the solid saturated fats' well some of the solid saturated fats combust at 300 degrees, they melt and oxidize at much lower temp than these refined vegetable oils. candles obviously oxide in the heat of a flame, 415 degrees, they are paraffin wax Please stop spreading disinformation. You don't "burn fats" literally. They go through a chemical process to be used for energy. You body doesn't heat up fats to use them as fuel, we don't have a furnace in our stomach. |

Even though they are not the healthiest food out there, you still think they are not very bad. At least not like eating a burger or fries kind of bad anyways. Moreover, you can find it in varnishes, lacquers, and pesticide products, also cosmetics and perfumes to reduce the evaporation rate and improve stability." I like carbonated water but will have to look more into the PH thing. I know small doses of low PH can cause a reaction for bile that being your actual PH back higher than where it was. That's why it's good to start the day off with a glass of lemon water. |

There was never a "gluten" problem before the last 10 years. Spend themoney on good bio eco wheat pasta semola dura, good stuff Monsanto frankenfood it is probably worse now but wheat has been bred for the past 5000 years or so to have more and more gluten, it’s the first genetically modified food, though it was genetically altered the natural way wheat now has 50 times more gluten than it did in the way past, but wheat bread was probably crumbling like a soda cracker so they wanted it stickier, that is how bread is so soft and mushy and sticks together now rather than crumbly like it used to be they didn’t take a particle collider and blend in frog genes by colliding them with nano gold, it was something farmers did in the field, but our digestive systems haven’t evolved to digest it properly gluten along with the proteins in dairy, corn and soy are all long poly chains wrapped around themselves and it’s hard for our enzymes to rip the molecules open undigested food particles wreak havoc on the intestines, causing allergies and all sorts of chronic problems that you wouldn’t think to blame on food check out dogtorj.com he’s a vet and knows these foods are bad for us, these proteins aren’t good for our pets, either mine get gluten, corn and soy free food Forgive your enemies, it messes with their heads.
