do this experiment.

get a oil burning lamp, put your canola oil in it, see if it burns. it won't because refined canola oil has a burning point of over 600 degrees.

UNREFINED canola oil burns at 225 degrees. in other words it OXiDiZES at 225 degrees. the same oxidation reaction occurs in your body. in fact, cancer is caused by improper oxidation of FATS within the cells. not only cancer but a lot of diseases.if the cell membranes which are made of fat are non reactive that screws up the whole membrane

they increase the burning/smoking of the oils so they can use them in deep fried shit at fast food restaurants. I am eating this shit as we speak because i don't have a whole lot of options.

plus obviously this is why these fats are so hard to burn in the body. no amount of exercise or diet is going to make them burn if they are chemically refined not to burn.

they say 'oh well you don't want the solid saturated fats' well some of the solid saturated fats combust at 300 degrees, they melt and oxidize at much lower temp than these refined vegetable oils. candles obviously oxide in the heat of a flame, 415 degrees, they are paraffin wax
