Anyone in her position, a position "in the know", should always have an event recorder running on their dash. No different than the police. It's protection from TPTB and idiot drivers. There's loads of videos that have cleared people of any wrongdoing with use of these devices.

It must have been on Rt17....now being changed to Rt86.
Upper NY state roads are easy to fly on....120 on Rt17 is pushing it though.

That is a one weird ... judge. She couldn't distinguish between 119 and 65? Yeah,right! If so then it is time to retire.

High end High HP Luxury will hit 116 and not feel like it at all. But you know you're going more than 65, which nobody is going.

I drive up in upstate NY frequently and if it's at night and nobody else is on the road it's really easy to go much faster than you realize. You're just cruising along and look down to realize you're doing 85, easy. 119 though, I don't know about not realizing that.

That being said, anyone familiar with driving up there knows it's relatively quiet and in most areas the cops have nothing better to do than make money for the county. If you're in a 65 and pass 75-80, chances are pretty good you're getting pulled over.

Let us not forget, they can hack any car, at any time.

She was probably being stalked on the road and
deliberately began to speed to attract the police.
It was a smart move and prolly saved her life.

I was wondering when we would be hearing something on
the news about an "accident" or sudden illness. She has
been over-the-top vocal about some things, even tho
some of what she has said I agree with completely.

Don't know WHY she would think that she is not vulnerable.

They watched her speed via her cell phone and popped her when the time was right. Become a target of the establishment and it can happen to you, or worse, you find a tree on the side of the road at high speed.

Let me tell you what they already know. Powers much greater than us are running this show. . Give me a break. They knew they couldn’t get away with this. Just kept fooling themselves. Whenever I see that posturing I think to myself how dangerous it is to reject the spirit of God.

I found myself doing 100mph on Rt.87 when my father was dying at an ER. You don't realize it because you are in an emotional state of mind and detached from situational awareness. It's like an automatic pilot is driving the car while you are ruminating on another level.

I was going 90 in a 40. It was 2 am and I had been driving for 8 hours. I knew there was a little store and I was heading to it to get a coke and walk around. I told the cop that, he followed me to the store and I did walk around and get a drink. He just told me to be be careful. I did not realize I was going that fast for I’m very careful with my speed usually.

Having been there and done that, they don’t issue speeding tickets. You get a course summons and date of appearance on the spot. You admit guilt by signing and mailing in. Then they tell you the size of the fine or you show up and let the judge hear it.
