Bundy was a psychopath. They can be very charming, and deflect from their own basic core defect. Charlie "Tex" Watson was as well.. the guy who did most of Charles Manson's cold blooded cult killings. Watson reformed himself and became a model prisoner. These people are evil to the core.. I think it's spiritual and not caused by outside things.
