(OP) User ID: 75883693 Nepal 11/22/2017 03:59 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Lots of meteors over northern atmosphere this week.. Is there a shower currently or something else? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75876526 Artic Uk Japan What's with all these fireballs recently? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73391481 Is the earth going through some debris field in space or something? From the OP's link that I actually read. "Shiba added that the object was likely part of the Taurids, an annual meteor shower that is observed from October through November." It quite well could have been tbh, but rather a convenient window of opportunity no? Lets face it, if a meteor shower hits from one month into the next that is a HUGE cloud of space debris no? How can this occur from one event in time given that something would have to be catastrophically exploding for days/weeks to be giving debrit for that same amount of time? Need Astromut for this one if im getting it wrong. But I would assume going through a certain belt in space, this being claimed as the Taurids, objects are all different shapes and sizes. So while you might just see some pretty shooting stars <cause the debris is small enough> sometimes you get a large enough chuck that makes an impressive fireball like this. For sure mate, i am sure Astromut will chime in later and give us the facts. Just seems suss given the timing, and well, it did come in at rather a strange angle etc... |

I await expert opinion lol |

We humans are polluting everything - including space - for the sake of stupid CIAphones so the sheep can play their stupid games and talk trash on snapchat and what not. I came. I saw. I Concorde. For once you have tasted Concorde you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards, for there you have been and there you will long to return. It very well could be tbh, they have reported in last few days about preparations etc - maybe it failed on re-entry... maybe it did what it was supposed to (be noticed) or maybe it is just space debris but that paper saying a few centimeters??? ....
