That's kind of like telling all the so called "dreamers" to surface so they could have a good list of illegals. I lived in Cali and was legal there, but it still made me paranoid to be on that list. How Law Enforcement can determine the difference between legal and illegal weed is another problem. While I have never had any moral issues with smoking pot, I find myself not being able to answer the question of whether legalizing it will create a more motivated group of individuals to get out there and get the job done and get more involved in their communities or not. We are finding that medical marijuana smokers tend to have pot smoking children (my daughter has two in her 8th grade class) and I have never felt that getting high and learning go hand in hand too well if you know what I am saying.
