Smudge your house with white sage you can buy it at Whole Foods or amazon. Take a salt water bath.

Put on your invisible armour, clean your entire house and throw out anything that makes you feel negative.

Drink purified water and take melatonin before bed, wear earplugs. Don’t feed into the fear you are perceiving, ignore it, tell it to fuck off.

Problem is I've backslidden alot but I'm getting back to my faith. Thanks for some solid advice. I have starting taking melatonin because I have bad problems with sleep.

One,i can sense the thing when it enters my room and it has touched me countless times and tickles my head. Two, all the damn noises it makes to get attention. Most importantly, I have trouble sleeping because I go so deep into dream world when I sleep that it's hard to wake up fully and feel rested. I often times have demonic scary dreams that leave me feeling drained when I wake up. There are sick sexual components to it to so I always pray. But that only helps half the time. A certain herbal product is the only thing that helps me get good rest and wake up feeling refreshed.

Sorry I'm going on lol. Thank though, it does need to fuck off. But what about when it was knocking and i kinda lost control and felt like my "walls" were torn down against my will? How the hell do I stop that?
