Quoting: Munsoned Not sure but in DE, which is pro-gun compared to NJ (used to live there), you can’t carry solely on out of state permit if you live in DE. I’m biting the bullet and finishing the lengthy application steps this week. Just like the original LEOSA bill, I suspect this bill will have a few bugs that need to get clarified or fixed later. | Anonymous Coward User ID: 73648216 United States12/06/2017 05:58 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | -Any Resident or Non-Resident CCW permit issued by any state would allow you to carry concealed in all 50 states. -State laws still apply on where you are and aren’t allowed to carry, such as schools, government buildings, etc... -Attached to this bill is a stronger NICS background check system bill, as in military branches have to do more in regards to reporting persons dishonorably discharged not being able to obtain firearms. |
