Jesus gave us the Lords Prayer as an example as to how one might send up praise and supplication to Our Heavenly Father, the Almighty Creator God. Like writng a letter, it should be addressed accordingly and the body of the letter concise and succinct and without malice. This He did without question and regardless of how it has been manipulated through time and tide, the basic premise is one of unyielding faith and ultimate respect for God...something that many lack in these dark days.
