My best freind in less than 90 days made so much that he payed the max yearly payment amount allowed with his mortgage and applied it to the principle in the amount of 23K

The money he used was sitting in a savings account earning 2.XX% Had he used a equity line of credit he could have payed it back and put in 10's of thousands of equity into his home in the same time period.
