Just a simple ? about the Dossier? Didn't mccain....

Have something to do with the fbi getting it's hands on it? My memory seems to steer me to this point. We all knew about it before the election, I feel like it didn't become a thing really until mccain "felt he should" turn it over after the election and made it a "look here" thing??? I feel like mccain is skipping by AGAIN. I won't follow through with this bacause it gives me a headache..but I swear out loud mccain is the rabbit hole and when we connect the dots that misreable bag of bones he will be DOA!
