Like dude from Poland said above, you can't raise your testosterone naturally. Maybe he should take some anabolic steroids. That'll work a million times better and faster than anything you listed above, and is healthy as fuck, contrary to most retards' beliefs.

What are you eating and how much are you eating. Are you staying hydrated. do you use any medication or recreational substances.

No medications or substances. Same amount of water everyday - about a liter

I eat about 3-4 meals a day but smaller and without the carbs I normally have. So I'll have chicken and broccoli instead of chicken and rice, I'll have peanut butter on rice cakes instead of peanut butter on toast, etc. Just a good amount of food but drop most of the carbs like rice, bread, pasta, sweets, cakes, pizza. I just keep oats as the main carb source. I eat a lot of eggs and avocados when on low carb too.

Might try eating what you want but only twice a day. Intermittent fast. 16 hours fast and 8 hour eating window. Make most of the fasting hours when you are sleeping. The body needs carbs so you can eat them with this.

You must eat normal healthy diet, omnivore. Include meat and dairy.

I recently added some Yohimbine to my vitamin routine and it seems to have helped in that department.
Gives me a sustained energy boost throughout the day without getting jittery, and I'm pretty much back to "18-year-old" standards at night...well, I WOULD be if it weren't for the 50-year-old back that slows me down... :)

YMMV.

Well thyroid and brain require carbs. It could be more than that hormone.

I had to switch to moderate healthy carb diet, and to actually lose weight, low calories, then have to carb up a bit then do the low food.

Been there too...and was prescribed a beta-blocker...
Discovered that taking OTC magnesium supplements turned the motor off too...I cut out the supplement and started eating tree nuts.

Specifically in the afternoon, after work, I ate about 4-5 raw Brazil Nuts chased down with a hand full of lightly salted Macadamia nuts. Things started looking up...so to speak...then all hell broke loose in the relationship when she started KETO and took over the magnesium supplements (nighttime leg cramps probably due to dehydration)...thankfully she is getting healthier and will not have the usual dietary related old age diseases to worry about...leading to a very long life...but then again what’s the point of living long without the enjoyment of tasty sex & food.

So Op, if your not allergic or sensitive to tree nuts you might want to go to your local TraderJo and checkout their nuts.

Been low carb in and out of ketosis for years with no problems in that department even though I’m in my 60’s. Main cause of arteries clogging up and causing ED is oxidized LDL , which is from oxidized omega 6’s, same as seed oils, vegetable oils, lineoliec acid. Lots of low carb people eat too many nuts, nut butters, nut flour, chicken, pork, salad dressing, etc., all high in omega 6’s

Every time i do a low carb or low sugar diet i get erectile dysfunction and almost zero sex drive. I mean I literally go weeks and weeks and my sex drive is completely shot and i can only gain a soft erection. Also feel depressed in general despite my physical appearance looking good - more ripped, visible abs, etc.

As soon as i start eating junk food again and upping my sugar and carbs sex drive comes back into full swing again and I am horny with full erections 3 times a day and i wake up with an erection and sex on my mind. The sugar gives me a bit of a gut and fat back on my body but i can deal with that just to feel normal sexually again.

any way around this? I have tried eating more protein and higher fats while on low carb but it doesn't work.

This is wrong. The studies are conclusive: you can't eat too much protein to leave ketosis.

You also contradict yourself with the starvation mode comment.

If you only experience ED on low carb i would first take a look at blood flow. There is a LOT of lost water the first few weeks of keto. Are you drinking enough?

After that I'd examine your feelings. The first few weeks of keto can be difficult. Do you exercise or do manual labor? You'll notice more fatigue as the glycogen you once had in your muscles no longer exists. Fatigue and lethargy can hit hard.
