Weird encounter with Satanist guy at my work tonight.....

I had been spending all day working with my buddy who is also a Christian. We were discussing prophecies, scriptures, Biblical history, etc. and it was a totally blessed day. When my Christian brother went to go use the restroom, the weird Satanic type witch guy comes up and goes "hey man, want to see a cool trick? Can you do this with your eyes?" and he shakes them back and forth really fast. He keeps going "look man, look at my eyeballs....its like the optic nerve and I can shake them really fast...." but I just got the weirdest vibe that he was trying to do some energy transfer or cast a spell or something. I once dated a girl years ago who dabbled in witch craft and she used to always try to get me to stare into her eyes and stuff.

Is that a normal part of witch craft or Satanic spells? Do their eyes vibrate when they are casting stuff or trying to do some weird energy transfer? I talked to my Christian buddy when he got back and he basically said that he wouldn't be surprised and the other guy was a known weirdo and seemed to have demons in him. He reminded me that their magic or spells or curses can't get through the protection of the Holy Spirit. Still, i'm curious.

Does anyone know anything about this?
