No one that has had Near Death Experience has reported Flat Earth

not very scientific... nor does it give any ideas for study. Most people seem to demonstrate by experiment that the water never curves. Have you ever had an nde?

I reported black universe but never anything about the earth, flat or not...seems like it would have been pretty stupid compared to what I saw.

I've come across a lot of NDE accounts over the past 15 years and OP is correct in terms of his/her observation (regarding NDE's).

'black universe' as in 'the void' conceptualization?

Wonder why they'd be looking back at the earth? Don't you think they'd be looking forward to see what's drawing them in?

360 degree visual perception is one of the more common reports/descriptions from individuals who were in that out-of-body state (associated with an NDE)... No longer bound/limited by the biological body... Try to imagine being able to perceive in all directions simultaneously...

I've never heard anyone who's had a NDE talk about the earth at all...

They talk about the hospital rooms, or accident scenes...then seeing a "light."

Once in the out-of-body state, many NDE'ers report observing their immedate surroundings where their physical body is located - as you said, the hospital, accident scene, etc... And know how it's commonly reported that individuals experience a sense of flying/traveling through a tunnel or wormhole (usually towards a bright light) before they find themselves in another dimensional environment? Well the accounts I can remember coming across which mentioned the view of the Earth, Stars, Galaxies, etc. - those individuals allegedly experienced this just before the typical account of going through the tunnel/wormhole towards the light. It's as if their Consciousness (Conscious Awareness) was 'zooming out' and pulling away from the Earth and the location of the body, as awareness was assuming a much more expansive state.

how about something real. anyone can pretend to have had an nde... i see the real world, created. It is real and we can observe it. Romans chapter 1 declares that all know God IS and will be without excuse in the day of judgment. Nothing is hidden that will not be revealed. There are no lies or secrets from The Almighty.Deceiving men may be a favorite game for some, but in the end you will face the truth.
Never too late to ask for help... only One Who Is able to help, my recommendation is to start asking now. We are closer to the end now than yesterday and there is an end to HIS patience.
