EUGENICS was outlawed in the 1930's... still some persisted until the 1940's but the purpose of Eugenics was selective breeding to increase the population's intelligence and prime DNA.
Quoting: MissCleo BS, it was racist at it's core, all clocked in the pervasive liberal myth of "it's for the greater good" American eugenics didn't target blacks. Contrary, it targeted mentally and physically ill white people, a lot of the Irish and Russians who were immigrating at the time. During the Civil War many blacks were cherished for their help on farms, blacks were essential. So much misconception today because of the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960 creating myths about American history. In America there hasn't been a genocide against blacks... ever.
