Since they have been doing grain finishing on cattle since the 1930's they have increased the input of omega 6's 25 times or more. Just so they can have a more tender meat.
I agree with the analysis by the OP.

It's a three-pronged attack on intelligence.

-There really IS something in the water. (fluoride)
The chemical attack includes autism inducing vaccines and
low grade foods)

-There is no check on low i.q. reproduction.
(Govs should at least incentivize non-reproduction)

-Mostly though the least curious and least independent minds
are being selected as the best candidates for employment.

Look at how the system is designed to exclude critical thinkers. Not one of you would get past the first security background test for government employment regardless of qualifications. CT posting on social media is an automatic
red flag. Society is selecting for the exact opposite kind
of personality. Critical thinkers jump out like purple
Jihadis to business and government alike as high level THREATS. (Literally profiled and put on watch lists)

"Technology may be getting smarter, but humans are getting dumber, scientists have warned.

Some have even contentiously said this could be because educated people are deciding to have fewer children, so that subsequent generations are largely made up of less intelligent people."

[link to www.dailymail.co.uk]

It's sad how the PC culture is trying to bury the evident reason for the decline, because it doesn't fit their "everyone's equal" doctrine. Of course, it is about smart and highly educated people choosing not to have kids.

I am a smart and highly educated person (PhD + professorship). I was also dead set against having children ever. I used to sugarcoat it by citing moral reasons ("the world's such a clusterfuck that it'd be immoral to have kids"), but my true reason was:

"I've spent two decades working 70 h weeks and sacrificed everything in my life - including my social life and health - to advance my career. There's no way in hell I am going to throw it all away by having kids."

Then I fell in love, got married and got shafted at work because I couldn't put in the hours like before. I was torn between my obligations at home and those at work, and conseqeuently I burned out and my priorities shifted. I downshifted at work and we had a child. I was 45, my wife was 37. At our age it was touch-and-go, but eventually my wife gave birth to a healthy child.

Anyway, the point of my little story is that most people like me will either choose not to have kids or they'll postpone it until it's way too late. Had I not burned out, my marriage would have ended up in a divorce, because that's how hell-bent I was on my career. While recovering from the burn-out, I had time to think about life and how there must be something else than work to it. The realization that I was destroying myself and causing grief to my wife who truly loved me really woke me up, but most people like me will never wake up.
 Quoting: Dr. Moran

It didn't happen by accident. This is mostly by design.

The constant poisoning of air, food, and water, the degradation of nutrition in food, the pharmaceuticals, the illicit drugs, the idiotic pop-culture garbage, etc...

It's all for the purpose of dumbing people down, making them easier to control, and ultimately, ripe to take the Mark, when it is rolled out.

Every day, I marvel as I look around and see just how far people have fallen. They really have become programmed zombies with no real purpose for living.

And it's always the low-grade morons who are mindlessly cranking out kids like it's a fucking contest, while the intelligent and responsible people are refraining from having children.

Idiots are literally destroying the planet.

Dumber in comparison to what?

In the dark ages, very few, save the clergy, could read at all.

Most American colonial small-farmers were illiterate, or nearly so.

Although illiterate, they knew how to survive and everyone had a trade, which requires a different sort of education and skill set.

Today's children know a lot of facts, but nearly all of it is useless in terms of day-to-day application. Moreover, there is by far more literate people on earth than any other time, but it is hardly put toward furthering understanding of anything meaningful.

If anything has been dumbed-down, it is the modern educational system.

The I work 70 hours a week excuse is why I don't want children is hilarious being that you take a typical Amish farmer who gets up before first light every morning 6 days a week and works from before dawn to dark. The Amish farmer still has the energy to raise a family of children and a dedicated to his wife for life. A Amish farmer at minimum 80 hours a week.

The so-called highly educated PhD is just did not want the responsibility of family life........period! There are people who don't want that responsibility but they don't sit around making lame excuses as to why they don't want the responsibility.

No the problem is that schools don't teach like they use to. In my day they taught people how to think so they could figure things out for themselves, now they teach our children what to think, By doing it this way they make people reliant on others to do things for them.

When you teach children how to think they don't need people to think for them, which means the government loses another dependent and they hate losing control of anything.

Re: Did the human race reach its intellectual peak between 1930s and 1980s and now we're in a downward spiral
Eugenics in principle is brilliant and necessary.
 Quoting: MissCleo

Eugenics is a dirty word to many people, by virtue of those who advocated for it in the past.

The principle is nothing more than the improvement or tailoring of a species through a process of selective breeding over many generations. All domesticated species that have been used for food or work over countless millenia have been subjected to this process, as have plants used for food or products. Nobody seems to have an issue when these species are tailored over generations, favoring some traits above others.

The issue seems to be when we start talking about doing the same thing with human beings. You're basically deciding that one couple's great-great-great grandkids are going to be academics, scientists, inventors, composers - and another couple's are going to be gas-station attendants and janitors.

And ideally, they are all going to be healthy and productive to a ripe old age and then die suddenly so there is no long-term drain on the system.

Frankly while eugenics may have been a great idea if practiced since the 1800's, it's likely of limited utility these days. Most of the working populace will be made obsolete by technology within the next 40-50 years. It's entirely possible that even the advanced professions will be surpassed by automated intelligent systems by then too.

Genetic therapy may help the human race faster and in a more efficient manner than eugenics at this point. And may, to an extent, allow an individual to decide for themself what traits they want to possess. But to what end? If all the important functions in society are performed by AI and robotics, who cares how smart, or strong, or productive you are capable of being?

It's a lot easier to come up with the "how" than the "why".

Here's a great quote from someone on GLP I've saved...

"I do believe that modern liberalism has stunted human evolution. The burden of nursemaiding the lesser races has been a yoke around the white man's neck for the past 50 - 100 years. Otherwise, white man would be well on his way colonizing other planets by now. We went from inventing the first airplane to landing on the moon in 65 years. Since then, we haven't done shit. Every effort, minute and spare penny is used for feeding, clothing, educating, healing, sheltering and defending people who haven't even figured out not to shit next to their drinking water yet."
