They only owe it to a private banking establishment, the so called federal reserve. The federal reserve then owes the world (bonds, get out of bonds), not Americans. Then the federal reserve pricks get bitch slapped by note holders. Get it\?

You don’t get it. The banksters have been using the tactic of writing down on a piece of paper that you owe them money for thousands of years. It has never mattered if it’s true or not.

The Federal Reserve and IRS have been unConstitutional since they were created by Democrat traitors to the Vatican.

They don’t write IOU’s, they write You Owe Me’s. The founding fathers realized it was just a piece of paper so they wrote a new one.

Uh huh..and the 'government' will use the time-honored method - and I do mean all the way back to the days of Richard the Lionhearted: confiscate whatever the people have, whatever they've produced, to make payments on their debt. Part of what the Constitution was about was to stop this kind of shit and most people right here in 2018 now, still don't get it!

Why do we bother to cart around that Ministry of Propaganda meme when nobody here remembers where it came from and what other bright ideas they had? Here's one: tell the people that every outrage the government commits against justice, every overreach, every theft of property, every restriction of basic rights, is all to 'protect us' from a foreign foe or from 'crime.' That way, anybody who objects is called 'unpatriotic' and a 'traitor.' Very easy and old as the hills. And all the same morans fall for it over and over.

Now I suggest everybody re-read the Protocols of Zion because we can all be sure that Trump's following it like a libretto. Hahahaha!

Actually, no, that's not true, at least legally. You and everything you possess is the collateral that backs the debt currency called Federal Reserve Notes. If you have a birth certificate then you were turned into property when you were born and everything you amass during your life is not legally yours. You, a slave, can not own property and are merely the custodian of the property you have amassed until the creditor decides to collect on the debt you have amassed. I guess it's almost collection time.

Sorry but legally you don't own squat. You possess a use title to property but you do not own anything since everything you think you own was purchased using -their- debt currency. Your car? Nope, it's the state's car. The state holds the ownership title, called the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin. The "title" you hold is a usage title, not an ownership title. When you registered the car all you did was tell the state where to find the state's property.

Your house? Nope. Unless you hold alloidal title and full deed to the property you do not own it. When you got a mortgage the attorney had you sign over the land to the local government. Deed of trust? Ring a bell? Did you read it before you signed it? I guess not. You pay rent to the owner, called "property tax". Again, you only hold a usage title that entitles you to trade it for more debt currency.

Your money? Nope. Says the owner's name right on the debt currency. You are allowed to use it, that's it. And you pay a fee for doing so, called "income tax".

Sorry champ but the legal reality of this country is much different than you have been brainwashed into thinking.

Re: Senate Passes Bill Requiring Citizens Report Privately Stashed Cash
A new Senate bill will start forcing citizens to report cash and other assets not held in banks. This bill is stated to combat terrorism and money laundering. But is it? It seems to most like just another government attempt to steal assets and raise revenue for social programs as this bill will give the government the authority to track assets and seize them should an individual fail to report independently held assets exceeding $10,000.

This brings to mind the FBI raid under former FBI Director Comey of a small Texan Conservative political gathering back in 2015. Agents confiscated electronics and forcibly fingerprinted all 60 people gathered at the meeting. Now let’s just suppose for a second that they found any evidence of unreported wealth during the raid. You better believe they’d have seized-up all the assets. This is a very real possibility unfolding before us right now since the Senate just passed this bill.

The government is even going to start throwing people in prison if they find out folks haven’t been reporting ALL of their assets. How long would you guess the minimum federal sentence would be for failing to report assets not held in a back? Here is a hint. It’s about double the average time handed for 1st-time rape offenders. Find out more about this freedom infringing bill and how it gives the government the right to start wiretapping private citizens on the next page.

Did anyone read the actual bill? It only affects assets when you are traveling. Nothing is said or implied about assets held in your home.

"A new bill seeks to track your money and assets incessantly, will enjoin any business with government ties to act as a de facto arm of DHS, and would steal all of your assets — including Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies — should you fail to report funds when traveling with over $10,000."
 Quoting: IDGAF

The problem here, IDGAF, is for alot of people their home can travel. Vehicles can travel as well. I fully agree with the previous GLPers' posts where they say they are against this Bill/Law. This stuff is absolutely no one's business but your own.
 Quoting: darkwolf007

I've traveled down the road with that much before when going to purchase a used vehicle. Cash in hand can sure make the price of a vehicle drop. Why should I be treated like some criminal?

The laws we have basically force you to give up ownership of money you have. You don't own your money that's in a bank, then lend it all out and can never pay back all bank accounts in full. That's why banks fear bank runs, they don't have your money. It's also why they have such low daily limits.

I am very disappointed in the Repbs but more incensed with the Dems. I have yet to understand the way a liberal mind functions .... when it does. The Repbs are just straight up and down criminals .... when they are! At least the greed, and other propensities to do evil with a Repb, are easy to see and identify. There will never be a clear or concise thought generated from the mind of a lib. They have never developed the capacity to critically think.

And all investments are payable in notes that belong to the federal reserve bank not you. They don't have to take you shit - they already have it. When you get "foreclosed" all they really do is stop you from using their money anymore.

You not owning any money **IS** the WHOLE fucking game.

This effectively would force cash into being a black market instrument, oops, it already is... once you break the FINCEN threshold which advertised as being $10,000 cash as a deposit or withdrawal but it is actually much less than $10k.
