This is only common sense and a return to freedom to have standards. If you see a sign that says "No shirt, no shoes, no service.", that isn't "discrimination" that is just a standard. Moral standards are no different.

The plaintiffs never had STANDING in any Federal court. The basic premise, "Plaintiff must show concrete injury, that may be redressed by court", The lawsuit was based on speculation only.

It would need to be a case were I fell and punctured my jugular on Federal property, and because I wear a rainbow tee shirt the ambulance driver says it against my religion to help you, you look gay, and then because of the delay, I go into a coma, hospital $ skyrocket, now I have STANDING in Federal Court to address The states law protecting discrimination because of religion.

That case took place in Colorado Supreme court, not the US Federal Court System. The States typically add protections to discriminated groups earlier than the Federal courts due to the greater number of cases seen in state court systems, because of wider criteria for: standing to sue, in the States interests, and subject categories.
