Why do people act like such childish drooling idiots when they see a complete strangers dog?

Im in a coffee shop and this chick walks in with her little raggedy wire hair terrier dog. The thing looks dirty, even when clean. Mind you its 29 degrees out, and the thing has been wading throujgh sloppy slush.
And nearly every grown adult... even some “men” in the place losed all composure and dignity over the thing.
One so-called “grown man” comes over, starts making baby talk to the thing, and lets it lick him ON THE GOD DAMN MOUTH!!!

Im baffled at the arrogant entitled assumption that makes people think their dog can just naturally go where ever they want.

And adults who turn into 14 year old girls a a justin beiber book signing...
