Carlson questioned that approach, which was apparently much softer on the issue than what he had run on during the 2016 presidential campaign.

While it turns out that Trump is not as good of a negotiator as he boasts himself to be (giving away the entire fucking house) Senator Bob Goodlatte's bill contains all the things Trump promised. Not having Hillary as President is in itself huge. It prevented a continued downward spiral into the Libtard agenda. Now to accuse Trump of not keeping promises is disingenuous. He is doing very well considering the antipathy against him from so many quarters. You do have to compromise at times to get things you want done in the DC political environment.
