My husband has PD.. we're in a snow belt.. very long driveway (500 + ft) Having to pay for someone to plow when it snows every day or every other day can get expensive so he bought me a snowblower a couple of years ago (which I absolutely love btw.. Troy-Bilt Storm Tracker with tracks instead of tires) so I like to check to see how much snow is in the forecast. I've noticed as of late.. the sites I use are not using inches anymore. Most notably Weather Underground. Now there are simply dashes --- and mostly % instead. Why? Are they so inaccurate that is less incriminating to not put actual inches? Thank you for providing a thread I can vent about this on. Just checked W U and they have revamped their whole look. I miss the simple "inches" forecast
