A severe tropical storm is heading for Japan's southwestern region of Kyushu. Japanese weather officials say that as of 9 a.m. on Monday the storm, Francisco, was moving west-northwest at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour over waters 340 kilometers south of Cape Shiono in central Japan. The officials say the storm may make landfall in Kyushu early on Tuesday....
