While the snow will weaken through Sunday morning, temperatures hovering above the freezing mark will raise concerns for flooding across southern Manitoba. The heavy, wet snow and powerful winds caused around 50,000 customers to be without power on Saturday afternoon and Manitoba Hydro says many outages are likely to persist into Sunday.
