An emergency warning has been issued for a bushfire burning out of control in Yanchep this afternoon.A bushfire emergency warning has been issued for people in the vicinity of Yanchep Beach Road and Old Yanchep Road to the north, Indian Ocean Drive to the east and Marmion Avenue to the west including Yanchep Golf Estate and Yanchep National Park in the City of Wanneroo.

There is a threat to lives and homes in the area and emergency services are warning you must act immediately to survive.Bushfire near Yanchep National Park. Yanchep Beach Road, Old Yanchep Road and Indian Ocean Drive have been closed, with a section of Wanneroo Road closed from Pipidinny Road to Breakwater Drive.
