The remains of Kay is currently at my door step in Central AZ. Only a few weeks ago did I experience the strangest hail storm and flash flooding since I moved her 25yrs ago. From literally out of nowhere a 20min quarter size hail storm ripped my property to shreds. And in talking with my co-workers, the storm was very very centralized.
