Hiit cardio it's so for losing water weight
When it comes to facial Aesthetics, body fat is not really all that much of an issue, what's the real issue is water retention. When you evaporate all that water out of your face suddenly you become more attractive looking. The unattractive look is when your face is just so full of sodium from all the garbage you eat and it's just puffed up like a balloon. Everyone knows what I'm talking about, you go out for pizza Wings cookies beer when you wake up the next day and you look like total dog s***. Anyways, sweating all that sodium in toxins out of your body is such a efficient way to regain your facial Aesthetics. By doing high intensity interval training cardio, you aren't necessarily beating your muscles up, but you are working your cardio vascular system so hard that your body overheats and you start to sweat profusely. Sweating is so good for your body. Not just sweating but sweating from working hard. You get the endorphins flowing and therefore all of your better hormones are all activated. So you do the intense cardio and you sweat and you sweat and you sweat and then after a couple weeks all of a sudden you may have the face of a model. Is this is not something you get from going to the gym and weightlifting. In fact most of the time I don't even break a sweat. Weightlifting is not a very effective fat burning activity. And intense cardio doesn't really get a great reputation because you aren't really lifting any heavy weights and you don't really look very impressive but when you are taxing your cardio system, you can't do that many push-ups. You can't do that many sit-ups and crunches and pull-ups and bicep curls Etc you will look like a total pussy in the gym doing high intensity cardio, but it's not about looking impressive, it's about sweating all that sodium out of your body and you can get in two weeks of doing high intensity interval training body fat loss and weight loss and water weight loss then you could with two years worth of weightlifting.

you do realize hiit is for high intensity interval training right? it would be like doing 50 pushups, cardio, than 50 situps, cardio, etc.

but whatever, its just for losing water weight lmao.
