Had I any clue this would happen to me I would have taken meadowsweet or garlic or ginger or cinnamon routinely. I take these sometimes but not as a constant.

And you are correct, it would have helped prevent it. I just didn't think it was a danger. I actually thought I had an infection for the first few days.
