Doctors do know long periods of sitting or standing, travel in planes (hey, sitting!) can play a part. They know that wearing compression socks during times when you aren't moving a lot help prevent them. Do these doctors genuinely KNOW?

I have read & listened for hours on Dr. Jack Kruse. So I will not be able to point out the exact interview. I had heard that actually blood clots on airplanes is caused by not being properly grounded. One is totally disconnected from earth on an airplane. Yet for the electronics to function on an airplane, the electronics are grounded. Your best method to avoid a blood clot on air travel is to ground yourself by putting your barefoot on a metal part on the seat in front of you.

Here are the last interview I had on in the background while working. The airplane ground might be in this interview.


I follow Dr. Jack Kruse, a neurosurgeon. He has a website, blog, on Facebook, on youtube with many interviews. Light, water, grounding & magnetism to briefly sum Dr. Jack Kruse.

I include in my day to day living, viewing the sun during sunrise & sun set, ideally 20 minutes(allows for your circadian clock to be set proper & your cells at the basic level to function optimally). Walking around barefoot in wet grass, no matter the season(grounding). Wearing leather soled shoes for grounding.

Cleaning up ones exposure to EMF's not using a microwave, smart meter & turning off wifi at night. Hard wired your internet, not using wifi at all. Not using 5g. Limiting your exposure to blue light at night with blue blocking glasses & free screen software for your cell phone & computer screen(flux).

I have tried to include many things I do that I have done for years that lead to optimum healing & health. I know I do a lot more that is just part of my daily living.

I don't usually share as I feel it is SHOUTING IN A CAVE, not that you are unworthy of knowing. I just wonder if anyone is listening let alone implementing any suggestions for optimum health?
