No need for great discipline for new healthy habits to develop. Don't beat yourself up. I simply ALLOW IT TO UNFOLD into my life. If I miss it or don't feel like doing it, I just skip it and revisit it later.

I am very SIMPLE & SERENDIPITOUS in my approach to life. This makes it fun. While the results are amazing.
