Since I posted about inclined bed therapy has been somewhat well received I will tell more.

As to OP's 'logic' that I am protecting myself from telling more against 'expected' rejection, I will say that this is far from the case. I think you are projecting your own psychology (fear of rejection) onto me.

I am 'unfriendly' because many of you don't want to make ANY EFFORTS whatsoever, and if it doesn't come from a doctors pill you lose interest. It's wasting my time, but perhaps if 1 of you truly cares that will be sufficient.

I always had bad circulation. I don't know the cause but my hands (fingers especially) are very cold normally.
This might be caused by damage to the veins and arteries due to a virus (from vaccination btw, I had a virus infection in my bone marrow at 2 years old, and traced multiple symptoms to a specific vaccination which was known to contaminated with a specific virus, the same virus which caused all my symptoms)
I of course had to learn this all by myself and solve the problem all by myself because the mainstream healthcare doesn't know much.

Anyways...
The advice doctors give you for improving blood circulation doesn't help much. They say exercise and jumping on a trampoline. Exercise does NOT improve blood circulation, EXCEPT the muscles, but all else is ignored mostly.
And thus you can still have cold fingers while working out your upper arms.

As people breathe and talk they lose moisture from the upper tissues of the body and thus also from the blood, which becomes slightly heavier than the blood in the lower part of the body where the moisture loss is far less.
Everyone knows that talking a lot makes you thirsty.
The same applies to trees. The tree loses moistures at the leaves (which are the lungs of the plants).
This blood being slightly heavier than blood in the lower body sinks due to gravity. As water is one of the lightest substances in blood. This heavier blood sinks below and when it reaches the kidneys, the blood gets filtered of many solids and thus becomes lighter and goes upwards again to the lung area. The feet and head area seem to be dragged by the current, much like when you get dragged along a monsterwave if a surfer falls from its board into the monsterwave.

There apparently is an optimal angle for this up and down circulation. I talked about blood but it applies more to the lymphatic fluid, which is basically the extracellular fluid responsible for waste removal. The blood gets also sort of dragged a long in part. The heart doesn't do everything, it is a regulator not a pump. Circulation is electric and so is oxygen. It is hard to breathe under a warm shower with water vapor and I think its due to oxygen or breathing being electric in nature.

When I first put my bed on an inclination, 7,5 centimeter block under each bed foot at the head area, within 1,5 hours I began to have an accelerated heart beat, and endless thirst (endless thirst is a thirst that does not go away no matter how much water you drink. You can drink 1 liter water, and feel like you are still thirsty. I recognised this as classical heavy detox symptoms. I also felt my kidneys. Hard to describe but I felt them. So I put my bed horizontal again and my heartbeat stabilized but I was still very tired. My thirst lowered itself somewhat but it was still there.

The next day I felt like a zombie. I felt like I had a heavy head, like you are semi-sick or something. This lasted for 5 days or so from just 1,5 hours on 7,5 centimeters elevation near the head area of the bed.

Later on I began with 2 centimeters for 1 week or longer and slowly increasing it. I am at 17,5 centimeters now and this is the max for optimal angle.

Ow also, the first time I lay down at 7,5 centimeter elevation near head area, I felt that my fingers were warm, I was surprised. I felt a weird feeling at my ass and the backside of my head. I knew that was due to the improved circulation, reaching areas it can't reach properly normally. Now the backside of the head is where the cerebellum is located. This is the orientation area, and I am easily car sick, so I think all car sick people have improper circulation of the Cerebellum.

When you sit in a car, your knees are higher than your ass, this is far from a continuous inclination. Also your entire upper body rests on your ass, basically squeezing the arteries and veins in your ass. People can sometimes feel a weird feeling in their ass and lower legs when sitting in the car for a long time.

You need a chair where gravity can let your body fluids flow towards the lower parts of your body like a mountain stream.
No dams. A fancy grandma/grandpa chair which is electrically adjustable and which has a feet pad can be adjusted to as close to the proper inclination as possible.
But unfortunately the part of the chair where your ass sits is often times in the reverse inclination (that is it raises your knees above your ass). And almost all relax chairs have this elevated knee position because doctors think you need to let the extra fluid flow out of the lower legs.

This is retarded thinking. The ONLY REASON someone has excessive fluid in their tissue at their lower legs is because their lymphatic system is CLOGGED due to IMPROPER circulation inclination. THe body will remove excess fluids from the lower legs when the body can DETOX the polluted clogged lymphatic fluid. And circulation is the key.
The lymphatic fluid can circulate up to 40 TIMES faster than when you are sitting. This is HUGE.

Breast cancer can be ENTIRELY prevented by massaging the breasts each day. Massaging increases circulation of the lymphatic fluid. Breast tissue contains a lot of lymph nodes. Bras actually compress the breasts somewhat and cause lymphatic congestion. No bras is better. Sagging breasts is apparently related to copper deficiency and most likely a fluid buildup of the breasts due to lymphatic fluid congestion, which makes the breasts extra big and bulky, which of course increases sagging. Copper is useful for elasticity of skin.

And now you know why I was unfriendly.
I typed walls of texts like these before and the interest was minor at best.

Detoxification is the nr 1 key to prevent most diseases.
Cancer is related to a toxic buildup. Some say its related to a bacteria, which explains the growth like its a lifeform. But hostile bacteria can only survive in the body in toxic environments. But a virus is much harder to get rid of. Garlic works for most if used consistently, but most does not mean all.

Thank you, very much, for all of that. Your "wall of text" has helped me understand a number of problems that I've been having. For example, I've been propping my leg and the doctors recommended raising it above the heart when lying down. This hurts like mad. Sitting in my recliner (with my leg above my butt) also hurts like mad. I just naturally stopped doing it because it hurt. Now, I know why!

You also reminded me that I need to continue to focus on my lymphatic system.

In addition to raising the bed, do you do anything else to move the lymph? Do you know if dry-brushing is effective? Or do you believe that raising the bed is sufficient?

How do you get copper? Do you use a supplement or do you get it from a food source? Chemistry and bioavailability are not my strong-suits.
