That seems like a terrible idea
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27705927 A lot of people lost their shit when the alert went out. Some of them really thought they were about to die, man. Hard to talk shit about them. The way I look at it, at least they weren't just cowering in fear and were trying to do something to survive. These people were indeed cowering in fear otherwise, these people would not have dumped their children down a storm drain without food or water to survive beyond a few days of rough fear filled survival. Parents need to make plans and have supplies even if their only shelter is a storm drain by itself is no solution.
