Growing up during the Cold War on a USAF SAC base, we always had drills on last Friday's of the month. At 11 AM, the air raid sirens would sound and every student knew to take cover under their desk. As though it would magically save them from a thermonuclear bomb giving them a "permanent orange afro" (Dan Akroyd - Spies Like Us).
Somewhere I bet 'lil Kim, Putin, and Xi were laughing their asses off seeing the snowflake generation panic.
