Most commonly your mouth, eyes, and nose. Do NOT touch your eyes, mouth, nose, or food without first washing your hands when in public. Wash your hands as soon as you get home FIRST THING every time as a rule! And try not to inhale someones expelled air (sneeze) when in public as they may be sick. WASH your hands before you even rub your eyes or touch your mouth after being in a public place - ALWAYS! I have not been sick in nearly 20 years after I learned this! |

Quoting: Crypto-King 2.avoid elevators 3.avoid touching escalator rails 4.clean your nose with tissue paper every morning. If you have that nose rise even better. 5.take Vitamin D3 and 1000mg of zinc together without food once a day if you feel like you might be getting sick. This work's like a charm. Keep on it 3 to 4 days out even after you feel better. 6.avoid large gatherings. 7.avoid drinking 8.get plenty of sleep. I barely get sick. Maybe once every 2 years and I do have a life. But during the winter months I try to avoid schools, malls and bars. OK bye. For me its the gym. I always get sick with the flu from going to the gym |

I deliver papers at night so I'm out in the coldest weather for 4 hours a night but I have not worn pants yet. I haven't even had as much as a runny nose yet. When I was wearing pants during winter I was getting 3 or 4 colds a year and at least 1 flu. I havn't worn pants in about 10 years and have not been sick that entire time. There was a winter back in the 90's that I didn't wear pants for an entire winter and I did not get sick that year either. That's what made me try it out again, and sure enough I'm not getting sick anymore. |

There are videos of a guy nicknamed Iceman or something like that who swims in icy water and claims it boosts immunity. Similar to the cold shower idea probably. Shorts seems easier. Do you wear jackets or a hat? |
