WTH? : Days after Hawaii alert gaffe, JAPAN ISSUES FALSE ALARM about a MISSILE LAUNCH
TOKYO Japanese public broadcaster NHK issued a false alarm about a North Korean missile launch on Tuesday, just days after a similar gaffe caused panic in Hawaii, but it managed to correct the error within minutes.

It was not immediately clear what triggered the mistake.

NHK's 6.55 p.m. alert said: "North Korea appears to have launched a missile ... The government urges people to take shelter inside buildings or underground."

The same alert was sent to mobile phone users of NHK's online news distribution service.

In five minutes, the broadcaster put out another message correcting itself.

What is the real story here (Hawaii and Japan)?

Is this in error?

Are they actually detecting...something?

Is it a test?

Is it an NK hack intended to determine how the public will react?

I read here on GLP that the nuke missile attack was real and that during the attack President Trump fainted but fortunately the galactic federation of light aliens shot down the missiles and saved us all.

I do not believe the part that President Trump fainted...

We need to hear directly from the people supposedly hitting these magical buttons in error. I mean, come on. One button? No multiple passwords? No prompts saying "are you sure?". Nothing but a button?

The actual message that came through on their phones over in Japan a few hours ago was the following:

"North Korea appears to have launced a missile....The government urges people to take shelter inside buildings or underground" - Jan 16 in Japan's NHK network and phone databases

Vehicle Incident in Mariana Islands on January 16 2018 05:54 PM (UTC).

DUE to a drop in cabin pressure at 10,000 feet, a Delta Airlines pilot called in an emergency landing alert at the Francisco C. Ada/Saipan International Airport on Tuesday afternoon, prompting local emergency responders to prepare for the arrival of the plane which was carrying over 100 passengers. So a group of about 20 people including tour guides say that they were about 100 nautical miles away from Hawaii In tour boats, and they describe a meteor being blown up in the sky….shortly after 8 am.
