Why a new law? There is already standing law that is not being enforced which already has severe penalty it is called title 8 US code 1324. Look it up!

On a side note, they also give amnesty to everyone in the world...so now everyone in the world is a US citizen if they simply fill out form and send it in, or use an online form.

That was a Ted Cruz sponsored bill that died under the threat of veto while Barry was sitting on his throne in 2016. I don't know why this hasn't been brought up again. Every politician that ignores any law should be jailed, starting with governor Moonbeam. That might be why it hasn't resurfaced. Every politician in Washington could be in prison. Most of them admit that they ignore the Constitution every day.

Enforce the current law. At a certain point they are engaged in treason and bare minimum sedition. Aiding and abetting, harboring criminals. I mean fuck at least 10 counts of various laws can be applied based on their obstruction alone.

Exactly. The Feds just need to officially put the people in charge of letting them out when a detainer is issued, on notice. If they let them go, then arrest them and charge them via the Federal Law.

What is so hard about this? The laws are already on the books. If they want to take the added measure of "official" notification, so be it.
