The City of Oroville blames a culture of cronyism and a priority for low cost dam repairs over quality maintenance for the crisis." "Oroville's lawsuit alleges that managers ignored maintenance needs and condoned shoddy dam work. It quotes one worker who said he was part of a repair crew in 2013 that was instructed to drag chains on the spillway and listen for hollow sounds that might indicate voids underneath the concrete. One person assigned to the task was legally deaf, the worker said." [ link to www.enr.com (secure)] God Bless President TRUMP! GOD BLESS AMERICA!! |

Quoting: Nobody You Know Me too. And I hope everyone downstream does add their lawsuits to the mix. They always seem to have enough money to hand out to illegal aliens - but not enough to take care of actual citizens. California needs to be crushed from every side until it remembers that it's part of the USA and not Mexico. Or until it falls into the ocean...that'll work too. God Bless President TRUMP!
