In France you need an official voter card, if you don't have it, you need to show your ID card.
At voting office they have a list of all ppl admit to vote at this voting office, of course for that you need to register at townhall one civil year before.
The votes are only manual, no voting machines.
But ppl stl vote crzp, see :Macron !!
