That each country would accept the exporting country's FDA word on their products safety and no country could go to court over it. It was all to be handled within the pact. Have you seen how Viet Nam grows sea food??? ugh. It may be good enough for their palates but I prefer a higher grade. Remember the Mexican FDA head a few years back over a salmonella outbreak, "If Americans didn't eat so well they wouldn't have these issues". The goal has always been to get us to eat crap like the rest of the shitholes. GO ORGANIC...............

American rice is full of arsenic because of being grown in old cotton fields. The rice plants soak up the arsenic from the soil and slowly rehab the fields.
