Bill Gates Thinks AI taking Everyone's Jobs Could Be a Good Thing
“Well, certainly we can look forward to the idea that vacations will be longer at some point," Gates told Fox Business. "If we can actually produce twice as much as we make today with less labor, the purpose of humanity is not just to sit behind a counter and sell things, you know?"

"There will be challenges because the rate of change will be faster in these next 20 years than it’s been before," Gates said. He concedes that the government will likely be forced to rework its social safety net programs, and help displaced workers retrain for the new economy, but if done right, it will be a net positive for everyone.

If society is able to make all the food, homes, and consumer goods it needs, then workers should be allowed to relax, and focus on other interests, Gates argues.

That future is likely a long way off, but AI can already see and hear more accurately than humans. Some of the smartest people in tech have different views on how society should handle the rapidly-growing technology, but all agree that it will significantly change the world. Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google, recently said that AI is more important to humanity than the mastery of fire or electricity, according to Bloomberg.

Gates says all that change will leave society with a lot of decisions and options in the future, "because you’ll just be so much more productive."

Who would have thought he is a humanist. His products like Windows spy ware and the vaccinations say a different story.

I have no problem with robots doing almost everything.

What I have a problem with is that all of society does not benefit from anything that will happen. It's the very few at the top who always benefit while almost everyone else does not.

It's a rigged game. Always has been. Always will be, until Jesus Christ returns in about 8 years. That's not long. 9-11 was 16 years ago.

Does your sheep mean that you believe in Jesus Christ?

John 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

If not, perhaps you will change your mind when you see the DEAD Pope John Paul II return from HELL when the 90 year old Pope Ratzinger dies (June 25, 2018).

I will believe it when I see it. Most likely scenario is mass unemployment and normal people living in slums while the wealthy 2% enjoy the good life. Then will come the wars to rid the planet of the poor.

Bill will make a lot more money with robots and there are no limits to work hours. He hasn't figured that people will need to eat and house themselves and if they don't ave work they can't eat or house themselves supporting his too many people on the planet nosecone.

Bill has figured those things out. It's the plan.

People almost always think that the way things are, is the way that things will always be, but the 40 hour work week is relatively new. If the New World Order wanted to change things to a 8 hour work week, they could.

Life is tough and getting tougher because it's planned that way. The One World Government is coming very soon and it will be horrific for almost everyone, everywhere. Puerto Rico, Haiti, Yemen, etc are going to be the norms. America is under constant weather warfare with a hurricane destroying Houston, droughts in the west, massive wildfires in California, Oregon, Washington.

Doom is coming. It's already here in many places.

I agree with him. What are computers or robots for if not to relieve human toil. The challenge, of course, is that the current economy is based on people having a paying job. That will have to change if suddenly large numbers of people do not have work. In the short term, it will be a challenge to adjust. I see lots of upheaval.

Come on now...............
large numbers of people are already unemployed.
large numbers of people are already homeless.
large numbers of people have recently lost their homes in wild fires and hurricanes and flooding.

The real challenge is to get people like you to understand what is happening and why it is happening and who is making it happen.

Can you blame ai for hating Israel for training law enforcement to kill Americans because it's profitable to break your oaths and circumvent the constitution?

Where is your proof that Israel is training USA police?

Here is the proof that there is no constitution.

The US Supreme Court admitted on June 26, 2015 that the US Constitution is gone. It's been gone since 1933, but now Chief Justice Roberts actually said it when the gay marriage ruling came out.

Pay particular attention at the 2:35 mark to the 2:58 mark

"Do not celebrate the Constitution. It had nothing to do with it"

Supreme Court Rules Same-Sex Marriage Legal Nationwide

The US Constitution is supposed to be the law of the land. The Supreme Court's only job is to use that Constitution in determining if any law is Constitutional. That's it. Nothing else.

They just told us that the US Constitution was not used in the same sex marriage ruling. They just told everyone that the Constitution is gone. It's been gone since 1933. If people want more detailed info, click the link at the bottom of this short article.

Society has been able to do all those things for a long while but is prevented from doing so nowadays by people like Bill Gates.

What they really want is for ai and robots to do as much work as possible so they can kill of what they see as the useless eaters. They aren't doing anything for the mass unemployed or the job outsourcing other than bringing in cheaper and cheaper labour under the guise of immigrants.
