Is it possible that time has been manipulated in order to avoid certain events but this is no longer effective due to time being cyclical vs . linear

**Their "Understanding" Of What Is Referred To As "Time" Is On A Very Basic Level .... Whereas The Distortion/Alterations That Have Been Happening ... Are More Of "Dabbling" In Matters ... Which Ones Do Not Comprehend !!

**Of The "Manipulation" ... It Is More To Save Certain One's Skins, To Stay In Power & Control .... To Avoid The Events/Changes ... Rather Then Saving Life & Lifeforms !!

**Their "Understanding" Is Incomplete ... Of Not Knowing The Potential Dangers Involved ... Of What Could Happen ... Is The Great Risk To All !! ... Of Wanting To Maintain Things The Way They Are !!

**All That Has Been Done To Effect Change ... To Delay What Is To Happen/Occur ... Is Only A "Temporary Measure" !! ... This Will Only "Work" So Long ... Until Natural Corrections/Reset Is Made !!

and basically this cycle is running out & coming to a close?

**The Temporary "Delaying" ... The Attempt At "Delay" Of The Main Changes ... Is Coming To A Close/End !!

**The Actions/Ways Of Causing Such Delays Will Be/Are Being Nullified/Neutralized !! .... These Will Not Work/Have The Same Effects/Outcomes As Before !! .... All Previous Changes Will Be Reversed !!

And perhaps events will be even more intense due to these ‘manipulations’ which kept things from running their natural course?

**The Build Up Of Energies, Will Need To Be Dispersed ... Need To Be "Vented" ... A Rebalancing On All Levels To Take Place !!

I Would Like To Share A "Warning Dream" Of Palo Alto, California ... Which I Had During The Night/Early Morning/Morning Of Sunday: February 4, 2018

Dream:

I Was Witnessing/Seeing A Large Earthquake, Buildings Coming Down All Around. ... This Was Of Palo Alto, California

Square/Rectangular Shaped Houses Falling Sideways With People Inside, Burying Them Alive.

Streets Upheaved/Torn Up, With Cars/Vehicles Tossed About, Many That Landed On One Another, Many Landed On Their Sides & Back.

There Was An Overpass That Had Collapsed Of It's Supports.

The Overpass Had Vehicles On Top, Which Were Shook/Tossed Back & Forth, Ones That Were Hurdled Into The Air, To Come Crashing Down Below.

A Middle Section Of The Overpass Dropped/Fell Down.

Many Vehicles When They Were Shaken, When The Overpass Lifted Up/Down ... Were Dropped Into This Middle Section "Chasm/Hole".

There Was A "Rounded Craft" Seen Above The Overpass, That Was "Lifting" By A Energy/Light Beam, A Car Into The Air ... Preventing It From Falling & Being Crushed.

A Kind/Type Of "Filament/Patch" ?? ... Was Put Over The Chasm/Hole That Allowed Vehicles From The More Damaged Side Of The Overpass/Highway ... To Descend Slowly Downward To Ground Level, As The Structure On The Side Which Was Less
Heavily Damaged, Was Given "Extra (Temporary) Support", To Keep It From Collapsing/Falling Apart.

From Ground Level, The Whole Of The Area Was A Complete Disaster !!

I Don't Know Of The Magnitude Of The Earthquake, But It Was Very Large, To Have Done So Much Damage.

He Was An Official, Perhaps The One In Charge Of F.E.M.A. ?? (Federal Emergency Management Agency).

I Asked Of Him How Many ?? (How Many Dead ??) ... He Looked At Me With Very Sad Eyes, Of Despair ... And Said In A Low Voice .... Millions !!

He Told Me, That Southern California Was Gone.
