Question about FISA Fiasco

The only thing Im not understanding is how this FISA warrant was re authorized three times. I know these guys lied like hell Im just missing what they used to get it re authorized to prove they were finding new information to keep it going.

I think the left were definitely counting on getting everyone confused enough to stop looking. Glad it backfired !
