Do you have a link that shows the actual research on this with specific information as to the diet? I don't mean a health blog or natural news type thing but some actual published research? I'm not asking out of doubt I'm asking because I want to help someone but I don't want to pass on any internet gossipy stuff only verified research.

5 Stars OP! This is huge! I have been adamantly against the governments vaccination policies because they violate our rights tremendously! I had a friend in the healthcare system that took vaccines last year through healthcare mandates, and has now contracted cancer within the first year of being forced to take vaccines.
No one, and I mean no one has the right to tell you that you have to shoot the governments cocktail into your blood stream!!!
With everything else they have been caught doing from spraying the air you breath to poisoning the water you drink why would you be convinced that vaccines are safe when in fact we know they are in fact not safe!!

90% of disease and infection is poor hygeiene and filthly close living conditions, which also permeate our cities.

I have noticed a trend over the past 5 years or so, of street manaitaince not being performed anymore around cities. Rotting leaves still lay in the streets, garbage, and this is in a top tier neighborhoods.

Again, snowflake generation with money and fancy homes, who never put out the trash, cleaned a street, wiped thier own ass. How difficult is it to clean up a front yard in an inner city?

Yet simultaneously they have everything chic and polished in their own homes! The attitude of todays people under forty is basically their pants pulled down and their ass in your face. This is part of the whole downfall. Dirty unswept steets that have not been hosed down, scraped, washed in urban areas, are a huge breeding ground for this. Partly why I left NYC. You see this in the gentrifying areas in Denver off old Colfax, years of neglect, they apparently have very lacks codes and leave rot and dirt build up for years untouched on city streets.

Oh guys get this, my former 778 dollar a month un-renovated 300 sq ft dirty shithole walkup apt is now a co-op that costs 1.1 mil, the same 300 sq ft. I guarantee you the streets are worse than ever, but at least they swept once a week or month in NYC, every dam street. The dog shit is one reason I left, people would plant gardens, then some asshole comes along and lets thier dog into the garden to crap. What goes on in that kind of mind??

Hygiene has done far more to prevent disease than any medical vaccine. Now that we know how these diseases are spread, they can be prevented. Prevention through common sense is not profitable, infecting us is.

Basically you drop carbs intake to around 20grams a day.
People with diabetes have major insulin resistance. So you stop eating the foods that spike insulin and blood sugar, duh.

The probme with vaccines may not be vaccination per se, but how they are now developing and manufacturing it.

I remember as a kid, getting tons of vaccinations because we travelled overseas and no-0ne heard of anyone getting sick or dying of it. At some point, just like with food production, TPTB went from science to advance the human condition to science to address the population agenda. What did happen was the Clean Water Act which came out about the same time in history and led to a decline in the disease.. fortuitous for the vax makers as they quickly pointed to that as the cause for the decline when in fact it was simply cleaner water. And of course polio wasn't the only disease that this helped with.
