I have developed insonmia...and dyslexia apparently

I think you might be developing dyslexia too.

Brief, you’re not in any pain are you? One thing I started taking this week that has really helped (for some odd reason) is two baby aspirin. I’ve tried different things and that helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep.

As long as you're getting at least 3 hours of continuous sleep every other day it's doable for a while. I don't recommend it as a long-term thing, it fucks with your ability to form memories and you get absentminded after a while, then you get grumpy, and then you get grumpy about being grumpy.

I find when I miss a sleep window there's nothing for it but riding it out until it comes around again otherwise it's kissing the sleep schedule buh-bye and sleep when I can sleep, and days bleed into each other. Avoid driving if you can't sleep.

You could be bipolar. Sometimes it is mild so you may not have extreme symptoms. You can even go decades without it being an issue. You may notice that you have some more productive years than others. Become a little more aroused a lot more easier, or a little more hyper sexual from time to time.... especially when tired.

You are happy, happy, happy, or sad/ blah, from time to more more than average. You might even feel your positive attitude is so powerful that you are somehow magically changing people and the world as a whole. You will have musical tunes and great ideas that you can't get out of your mind. Sometimes too you work so hard you can't sleep and start to become irritable, from both lack of sleep and hyper-sexuality that you can't satisfy. Think about .. what is going on with you.. what are your lifes patterns.

Age, hormones, and vitamin deficiencies can change things as well. That will also keep you from getting good rest.

Than of coarse there is always the government that is gain stalking you, because you have some special power or knowledge that you don't even know about yet. Yes, they do that. They will blast sound waves at your home and observe you going crazy , just for the fun of it. Also take all your money out of the bank and invest it in gold and silver. A special insider from the internet is contacting you especially in secretive terms and knows what the markets are going to do next... it is not good, so prepare. If you believe this , reread the first two paragraphs again. Contact a doctor. Because being bipolar will cause you to be delusional, gullible, and paranoid as well.
